1. What 9 Flip Launcher does

9 Flip Launcher is a utility app designed as a dedicated effort to make supported flip-phone cover screens more useful for everyday actions, closer to the practical role of the main screen where device software allows it. Depending on your device, Android version, Samsung or manufacturer software, app settings, and permissions you enable, the app may provide:

• cover-screen app shortcuts, widgets, app groups, and launcher layouts;
• Quick Launcher, Widget Launcher, Floating Menu, and AssistiveTouch experiences;
• cover-screen gestures, Home, App info, and Recent Apps shortcuts;
• notification cards, badges, active app indicators, media controls, and supported notification actions;
• quick controls for supported Android, Samsung, sound, vibration, brightness, volume, rotation, display, and settings actions;
• cover-screen rotation helpers, overlays, foreground services, haptics, and startup restoration for enabled features;
• custom icons, cover wallpaper, GIF or video wallpaper support where available, media artwork background behavior, layout settings, and other user preferences;
• Free features, selected free usage limits, Premium features, subscriptions, restore, plan changes, and subscription management through Google Play.

Features may be unavailable or limited on unsupported devices, unsupported Android or manufacturer software versions, restricted system configurations, future firmware updates, or when required permissions are not granted.

2. Device compatibility and limitations

9 Flip Launcher is optimized for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip cover-screen behavior and may support selected behavior on compatible flip-style Android foldables where device software allows it. It is not made by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Samsung, Google, Android, Good Lock, MultiStar, Motorola, or any third-party app developer.

Samsung, Android, Google Play services, Good Lock, MultiStar, Motorola, other device manufacturers, firmware, or third-party apps may change behavior at any time. Those changes may affect whether a feature works, how it appears, or whether it remains available.

You are responsible for confirming that the app works as expected on your device before relying on any feature.

3. Permissions and user choice

Some app features require Android permissions or special access. These may include Accessibility Service, Notification Access, Display over other apps or accessibility overlays, foreground service notifications, startup behavior, battery optimization exemption, vibration, audio settings, wallpaper access, and access to images, GIFs, or videos you select.

You decide whether to enable these permissions. If you decline or later disable a permission, related features may not work.

9 Flip Launcher must not be used to mislead users, hide controls, bypass device security, collect data without permission, interfere with other apps in an unauthorized way, or violate Google Play, Android, Samsung, manufacturer, or third-party terms.

4. Accessibility Service terms

The 9 Flip Launcher Accessibility Service is used only for selected cover-screen controls you choose to enable, including gestures, Recent Apps, Home, App info shortcuts, selected system actions, Samsung cover-screen controls, quick panel helpers, and overlay behavior.

9 Flip Launcher is not an accessibility aid and does not claim to be designed primarily for users with disabilities. You must review the in-app Accessibility disclosure and provide affirmative consent before enabling the service.

You must not use the Accessibility Service feature to perform unlawful actions, secretly control another person's device, bypass security protections, monitor someone without consent, or violate any applicable policy or law.

5. Notifications, installed apps, and selected media

If you enable Notification Access, 9 Flip Launcher may read active notifications and media sessions to show cover-screen alerts, badges, active service information, media controls, media artwork behavior, and supported notification actions.

The app may read installed app information to let you choose apps for cover-screen shortcuts, show icons, organize groups, search and sort apps, and display recently installed or recently opened apps.

If you choose custom icons, cover wallpaper, GIFs, videos, or supported media artwork wallpaper behavior, the app may use the files you select for those features.

You agree to use these features only on devices and accounts where you have the right to grant such access.

6. Your responsibilities

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not reverse engineer, modify, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law.
• Do not use the app to infringe the rights of others or to access information you are not authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to disable, overload, interfere with, or misuse app functionality, Google Play Billing, Android system components, manufacturer software, or third-party services.
• Keep your device, operating system, Google account, and payment account secure.

7. Premium, subscriptions, billing, free limits, and cancellation

9 Flip Launcher may offer Free and Premium features. Premium may be available through Google Play Billing as a subscription or another Google Play purchase option shown in the app.

Premium may unlock repeated advanced cover-screen actions and personalization, including supported Recent Apps launches, notification opens, media actions, Control Center actions, Samsung-specific shortcuts, AssistiveTouch customization, and cover wallpaper features. Premium remains subject to compatibility, permissions, app version, and Google Play availability.

Free users may have limited uses for selected advanced features. When free uses are used up, the app may show a notice and offer Premium. Premium may remove supported limits for features currently offered by 9 Flip Launcher.

The landing page may describe Premium as about the price of a coffee to explain general value. Actual prices vary by country, tax, currency, plan, promotion, and Google Play settings. Before purchase, the app and Google Play purchase screen should show the price, billing period, renewal terms, and other material information. If there is any conflict between text shown by 9 Flip Launcher and the final Google Play purchase confirmation screen, the Google Play purchase confirmation screen controls the transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play, including the Google Play subscription center: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

If you cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play, access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.

8. Third-party names, icons, apps, and services

Samsung, Galaxy Z Flip, Android, Google Play, Good Lock, MultiStar, Motorola, Razr, and other names may be trademarks or properties of their respective owners. 9 Flip Launcher is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated.

App names, icons, notification content, wallpaper files, GIFs, videos, media information, and other content shown or selected in 9 Flip Launcher may belong to third-party app developers, content providers, or rights holders. You remain responsible for how you use third-party apps and content.

9. Updates and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time for compatibility, security, policy, legal, performance, pricing, or product reasons. Updates may be required to continue using some features.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. No warranties

9 Flip Launcher is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and compatibility.

We do not guarantee that the app will work on every device, Android version, manufacturer software version, cover-screen configuration, third-party app, or future firmware update.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9 Flip Launcher and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, device issues, app incompatibility, service interruption, or third-party conduct arising from or related to your use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it or disabling related permissions. We may suspend or terminate access to features if required by law, platform policy, security concerns, abuse prevention, or violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what data the app may access, process, store, or share.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law to the extent permitted by your local consumer protection rights. If you live in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
